On this Wednesday May 7, 2025, the City Manager Stella Kabahire,received a delegation from the North East Development Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, currently in Rwanda for a learning visit.

The discussions covered key urban development topics, including the implementation of the Kigali Master Plan 2050, urbanization and human settlement, as well as the management of public gardens and recreational facilities. The delegation is also scheduled to visit several strategic sites across Kigali, including the Mpazi Rehousing Project.
