New Councillors in the Council of the City of Kigali today were sworn in. Abera Alice a councillor from Gasabo and Dusabe Elizabeth from Kicukiro were sworn in to fill the 32 persons council.

While officiating the swearing in ceremony the Minister of Local Government Musoni James called upon the council to work hand in hand with the executive secretary and also to strive to always be effective representatives of the citizens.
