Kigali City leadership has been presented with a key to the City of Austin-Texas. The Key was presented to the Kigali City Vice Mayor in charge of Finance and Economic Development Mr. Nizeyimana Alphonse by the Bob Livingston Trio- Austin’s International Music Ambassadors during a concert held at the American embassy on Wednesday night.

The prestigious key to Austin-Texas was presented on behalf of the Mayor of Austin, Texas Mr. Lee Leffingwell who appointed the Bob Livingston Trio as Austin’s International Music Ambassadors.

The US Ambassador to Rwanda Hon. W. Stuart Symington

The Bob Livingston Trio is an American country music band and it is on an African music tour sponsored by the US State Department. This tour will see them performing in Rwanda, Malawi, Lesotho and Namibia. The tour is designed to bridge cultural barriers around the world through the universal medium of music.
